Upcoming Events at GTDA
Our next Orton-Gillingham Training class will be held March 7-14, 2026. Two Saturday classes and one Zoom class in the middle of that week.
Whether you are a teacher who wants more training to help your students, a parent who wants to understand their struggling child and help them at home, or someone who desires to join our GTDA staff of tutors, this Orton-Gillingham training class will give you the tools you need to help the children you teach reach their goals. Space is limited to 15 participants, so submit the form below and we’ll get a registration form to you with more details. Registration deadline is February 25, 2026.

The “Now What” group at GTDA invites you to join our Winter Community Read featuring The Dyslexia Empowerment Plan by Ben Foss. Throughout December, January, February, and March, we will explore this impactful book together as a community of families, caregivers, and supporters
About the Book
The Dyslexia Empowerment Plan provides practical guidance, compassionate insight, and a strengths-based approach for parents navigating the dyslexia journey. Author, Ben Foss, who is dyslexic himself, offers tools, strategies, and encouragement to help families understand dyslexia and support their children with confidence.
